How to cook crumbed Lamb Cutlets, Chicken Schnitzel, Crumbed Steak without losing the crumbs and burning

  1. Preheat pan to moderate heat
  2. Spray with cooking spray
  3. Cut baking paper to fit pan completely, going up the sides as well
  4. Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of butter into pan, melt and mix. The oil has a higher burn point and the butter adds flavour
  5. Place crumbed product into pan and cook to as required.
