1/3 CUP PISTACHIO KERNELS, CHOPPED
2 CLOVES OF GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED
3 1/2 CUPS FRESH BREADCRUMBS
2 EGGS LIGHTLY WHISKED
1/4 CUP PARSLEY ,FINELY CHOPPED
SALT & PEPPER TO SEASON

  • HEAT OIL IN PAN
  • ADD ONION,CRAISINS, PISTACHIOS, GARLIC
  • STIR OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL SOFT
  • SET ASIDE TO COOL IN A LARGE BOWL FOR 10 MINUTES
  • ADD BREADCRUMBS, EGGS AND PARSLEY
  • STIR TO COMBINE
  • SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER

YOU CAN USE THIS STUFFING FOR CHICKEN, TURKEY, PORK
YOU CAN ALSO SUSTITUTE MACADAMIAS FOR THE PISTACHIOS IF PREFERRED
