¼ CUP BRANDY
½ CUP BROWN SUGAR
HAM OF CHOICE
WHOLE CLOVES TO DECORATE

  • MIX JAM, BRANDY AND SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH
  • REMOVE RIND FROM HAM, LEAVING THE FAT COVERAGE (KEEPS THE HAM MOIST)
  • MARK THE FAT INTO DIAMOND SHAPES
  • DECORATE WITH CLOVES, PUSHING THE POINTY END INTO THE FAT
  • PLACE HAM INTO BAKING DISH
  • BRUSH 1/3 OF THE GLAZE OVER THE HAM MAKING SURE IT GOES DOWN ALL SIDES
  • PUT HAM INTO 180 DEGREE C PREHEATED OVEN, HEAT FOR 30 MINUTES
  • BRUSH WITH FRESH GLAZE EVERY 15 MINUTES
  • CONTINUE BRUSHING WITH GLAZE , BY NOW IT WILL BE IN THE BOTTOM OF YOUR ROASTING PAN
  • CONTINUE BRUSHING UNTIL HAM IS HEATED THROUGH
