- REMOVE RIND FROM HAM, LEAVING THE FAT COVERAGE (KEEPS THE HAM MOIST)
- MARK THE FAT INTO DIAMOND SHAPES
- DECORATE WITH CLOVES, PUSHING THE POINTY END INTO THE FAT

- BRUSH 1/3 OF THE GLAZE OVER THE HAM MAKING SURE IT GOES DOWN ALL SIDES
- PUT HAM INTO 180 DEGREE C PREHEATED OVEN, HEAT FOR 30 MINUTES
- BRUSH WITH FRESH GLAZE EVERY 15 MINUTES
- CONTINUE BRUSHING WITH GLAZE , BY NOW IT WILL BE IN THE BOTTOM OF YOUR ROASTING PAN
- CONTINUE BRUSHING UNTIL HAM IS HEATED THROUGH
