Saucy Pulled Pork
Equipment
- slow cooker
Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Pork Collar Butt (shoulder)
- 1/4 cup Hoisen Sauce
- 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Crushed Garlic
- 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
- Place pork in the slow cooker
- Combine all ingredients and pour over the pork
- Cover and cook on low for 7 hours
- Before serving use 2 forks to pull apart the pork and mix well through the sauce
- Great served on a brioche bun with with slaw and extra sauce
