Fool Proofed Roast Pork Belly

  • 1.5 kg Kawungan Quality Meats Pork Belly
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp flaked salt


  • Remove your roast from the packaging and pat dry with paper towel.
  • Rub the roast. oil and salt making sure the oil and salt penetrate the score lines
  • Place the roast on a wire rack inside a baking tray and cook at 240 deg until the rind crackles/ up to 50 mins
  • Turn oven down to 180 deg and cook for a further 40 mins
  • Once cooked, let the roast rest for 10 mins before slicing
