When Stir-frying, heat the wok or frypan with a little oil. Cook the stirfry in smaller batches stirring all the time for 3 to 4 minutes. This will stop the meat from stewing and set aside while you cook the second batch. Once this is cooked combine the first batch and heat through for 1 minute and serve with noodles or rice.
