Delicious winter meal served with sweet potato mash, potato mash or on a bed of steamed rice.
Ingredients

Diced chuck steak

carrots roughly chopped

brown onions roughly chopped

Beerenberg Hungarian Goulash Sauce

jar
water (after you use the Hungarian Goulash Sauce.
Method

Place the chopped onion, carrots and chuck steak into your slow cooker

Pour the Hungarian Goulash Sauce over the top

Fill the jar with water and place the lid on and shake to mix the left over sauce with water. Pour over the ingredients in the slow cooker

Mix the ingredients together and put the lid on

Cook on high for 4 hours and then turn to low for 3 - 4 hours.

Serve with sweet potato mash, rice or cous cous.
Recipe Notes
Use good quality sweet paprika, it is the heart of this dish. Don't substitute smoked paprika for all of it or the flavour profile will change significantly.
