Tasmanian grass fed,grass finished bbq steak, quick and easy on the bbq
1. Remove steak from fridge 10mins before cooking.
2. Ensure pan, bbq or grill is hot and brush steak lightly with oil.
3. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
4. Cook for 3 1/2 mins per side for medium rare.
5. Rest steak for 4 mins after cooking.
