Fool Proofed Roast Pork Belly

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 kg Kawungan Quality Meats Pork Belly
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp flaked salt

Method
 

  1. Remove your roast from the packaging and pat dry with paper towel.
  2. Rub the roast. oil and salt making sure the oil and salt penetrate the score lines
  3. Place the roast on a wire rack inside a baking tray and cook at 240 deg until the rind crackles/ up to 50 mins
  4. Turn oven down to 180 deg and cook for a further 40 mins
  5. Once cooked, let the roast rest for 10 mins before slicing
