Kawungan Quality Meats VIP Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Membership
1.1 The Kawungan Quality Meats VIP Program is available to customers who sign up in store.
1.2 Membership is currently free to join for a limited time.
1.3 Members must provide a valid email address and mobile number at sign-up.
1.4 Membership is individual and non-transferable.
1.5 Kawungan Quality Meats reserves the right to update, modify or cancel the VIP Program at any time.
2. Earning Points
2.1 Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent in-store.
2.2 Points are calculated on the final transaction value after any discounts have been applied.
2.3 Points are credited at the time of purchase when the VIP card is presented.
2.4 Points hold no cash value outside the program.
3. Redeeming Points
3.1 1 point equals 1 cent.
3.2 Points may be redeemed immediately.
3.3 There is no minimum redemption amount.
3.4 Points may be used to pay for part or all of a purchase.
3.5 Points may be used in conjunction with other in-store specials or promotions.
3.6 Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Returns and Adjustments
4.1 If a product is refunded or exchanged, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the member’s balance.
4.2 Kawungan Quality Meats reserves the right to adjust point balances if an error occurs.
5. Member Benefits
VIP Members may receive:
- Access to weekly VIP specials
- Early access to seasonal products
- Exclusive member-only offers
- Recipe inspiration and product updates
- Priority notice on limited stock items

6. Marketing Communications
6.1 By joining the VIP Program and providing contact details, members agree to receive marketing communications via email and SMS.
6.2 Communications may include special offers, product updates, recipes, and exclusive member promotions.
6.3 Members may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting Kawungan Quality Meats directly.
7. Miuse
7.1 Membership may be cancelled if the program is misused.
7.2 Points cannot be transferred, sold or shared.
