Covid-19 Updates

Meat supply shortages
While there is plenty of news going around about supply problems with groceries, meat and other food items I can assure you that we are continuing to get daily deliveries from our suppliers.
That doesn’t mean that we won’t run out of some lines from time to time but we will always be getting more in quite quickly.
Purchasing instore
Please be aware that we must enforce the four-person instore rule at all times so please don’t be offended if we ask you to wait outside for a few minutes.
It is being done to keep you, our other customers and the guys who serve you, safe in this difficult time.
You should also be aware that you MUST check in using the Queensland Government app and you must wear a mask, in the approved way at all times, while you are in the store.
Online orders and deliveries
Our online shop remains open 24 hours day and we are still delivering orders according to the schedule on the website.
Our delivery team follows the strict Covid protocols for delivering orders. They will be wearing masks and gloves and they will sanitize the delivery vehicle … including steering wheel, doors and all other parts that might be touched during the delivery process … after each delivery.
If you are in home quarantine, please let us know and we will leave your order by the front door.
There is no doubt that the current Covid situation has brought more orders flooding in and it has increased our delivery team’s workload. However, our delivery team is working hard to get your order to you on time and we ask that you will be patient during this difficult time.
