Instructions
season wings with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 1 hour
In a shallow bowl combine flour,garlic powder, mustard powder, and cayenne pepper. Working with one at a time , coat the wings in flour.
In a large pot over medium heat, heat the oil and working in small batches, fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through
drain on paper towel and serve warm.
