Big Brisket Burgers with special homemade BBQ sauce and wedges

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack KQM brisket burgers
  • 5 Jumbo burger rolls
  • 5 slices KQM rindless bacon
  • Salad of your choice iceberg lettuce, beetroot, tomato, onion, grated carrot
  • Homemade BBQ sauce see recipe
  • 5 cheese slices or grated
  • 1 kg cooked - steam for approx. 1hr large washed potatoes (easier to do this earlier in the week and have in the fridge ready to go
  • 1 recipe wedges spice mix
  • Spray oil
  • Mayonnaise

Method
 

  1. Cut potatoes length ways into wedges and arrange on a baking paper lined tray, spray well with canola spray oil, sprinkle with some of the spice mix and bake till golden in a preheated 170°C oven (approx. 22mins)
  2. Grill burger patties and bacon rashers
  3. Toast buns and spread bottom with Mayo and top with homemade BBQ sauce then assemble burgers with desired salads, cheese, patties and bacon
  4. Sprinkle more spice mix on the wedges when they come out of the oven and serve together with the burgers
