Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 kg Pork Collar Butt (shoulder)
  • 1/4 cup Hoisen Sauce
  • 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Crushed Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Place pork in the slow cooker
  • Combine all ingredients and pour over the pork
  • Cover and cook on low for 7 hours
  • Before serving use 2 forks to pull apart the pork and mix well through the sauce
  • Great served on a brioche bun with with slaw and extra sauce
